Incoterms ® Chart

The following chart was created by Gallagher Transport Int'l., Inc. It shows which of the parties is responsible for what functions under the different INCOTERMS ®, INternational COmmercial TERMS, 2010 rules. A correct understanding of INCOTERMS ® enables Gallagher Transport Intl. to ensure that our clients properly use INCOTERMS ® to their benefit.

An S indicates that the seller is responsible for that function; B indicates that the buyer is responsible; S/B indicates it is a shared responsibility, as agreed; NA indicates neither party is obligated. N indicates that the responsibility is negotiable.
